The highlights
—We currently process and ship all orders on Mondays.
—All orders placed prior to a Monday holiday will be processed and shipped on the Tuesday following the holiday.
—Orders placed prior to 12 pm EST on Monday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday.
—Free standard shipping on orders over $99 in the US, excluding tax, discounts or shipping costs. Free shipping is typically 3-5 business days once we ship out your product but there is no guarantee. We do our absolute best to ship out all orders within 24 hours of ordering.
—Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. But we’re planning to expand at some point, so please keep checking back.
The general shipping process
We ship and process all orders from Fieldlab HQ in Putnam, CT only on Mondays. This includes subscription and non-subscription orders.
Why only Mondays? Great question!
We believe a healthy life is one spent closely connected to nature. As a result, we actively try to limit technology use as much as possible. This means consciously staying away from email, social media, etc. (check out our blog to learn why we are so passionate about this).
In order to achieve this goal and use our time purposefully, we are limiting order processing to Mondays only.
This doesn't mean you can't place an order Tuesday through Sunday! It just means that all orders placed during that time period will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
If you want to receive your order in an expedited manner, make sure to choose that option at checkout and do so before 12pm EST on Monday.
You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
Allow approximately 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for tracking information to update.
