First time purchasing from us:
Sometimes things don’t work out and we won’t take it personally (OK, maybe a little 😉), but if you are not satisfied with your first supplement order from us, we'll refund it in full. No return necessary, and no questions asked! We try and process all refunds as quickly as possible, which is within 1 week. 

Repeat customers:
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If there is any reason that you need to return an unopened product to us, you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply write a brief explanation of what is going on to help@myfieldlab.com and write "Return Request" in the subject line. All that you will be responsible for is cost of the return shipping. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card). Note: original shipping charges are never refundable. We try and process all returns as quickly as possible, which is within 1-2 weeks once we receive your return.

Other reason: If there is any other reason why you need to discuss a return with us, we can manage returns on a case by case basis. Send us an email to: help@myfieldlab.com and write “Return/refund request” in the subject line.
